One of our many clients is Nationwide Crash Repair Centres (NCRC). NCRC are the largest group of accident repair centres in the UK with over 70 sites nationally. In 2016, they will repair in excess of 175,000 vehicles for their customers, most of whom are very satisfied with the standard of care and workmanship provided to them.
At Troy Customer Research our role is to proactively seek customer satisfaction feedback and report our findings and data back to Nationwide so that they can maintain the high standards set by the senior management team throughout the network.
Until now such data has not been in the public domain but Nationwide have asked us to create this website on their behalf to help demonstrate, in a transparent way, exactly how their sites are performing and exactly what people are saying about them.
As a research based business, we welcome this approach as we feel it will allow 2-way communication between Nationwide and its customers and moreover will give prospective & actual customers a chance to see how the Nationwide business is performing in regard customer satisfaction.
